The Levant Report Series, supported by The Netherlands Alumni Association of Turkey, is a means to exchange views and ideas which the Association considers important in regards to a variety of issues. The Association believes that the issues raised in The Series are worth discussing in public as well as publishing electronically on the web to reach a broader audience. The views and ideas expressed in The Series do not necessarily reflect the views and ideas of the Board and the members of the Association. The end-product appearing in The Series is an outcome of collective effort in which members of the Association as well as a number of others the views of whom the Association thinks are worth listening to contribute interactively and cooperative manner.

Levant Report Series #1 includes the report presented to the Dutch State Secretary of Education, Science, and Culture Mrs. Marja van Bisjterveldt.
